Within 3 business days of receiving your submitted form (below), I will reach out for this initial project chat. It will consist mainly of getting more details if needed, clarifying any questions either of us may have, and essentially just ensuring that your vision = my vision

After completing step 1, you will hear from me again within 2 business days giving you a timeframe for project completion, a quote for your project, and an invoice which will act as our contract. Once you pay the invoice, your custom design officially goes on my schedule and we’re off to the races!

Please note:

1. If you have multiple custom designs they will each be treated individually time frame-wise but shipped out together unless you request them to be shipped separately upon completion of each individual piece.

2. The time frame quoted is a very close estimate as I try to account for communication delays, additional proof requests, life events, etc. so that I don’t get too far behind schedule on my end.

Upon starting your project I will send you a digital proof of your design (with dimensions) so that you can get eyes on it before I start painting. If you have any changes you’d like to request after this first proof, now is the time to make them! A second proof will be sent reflecting any edits requested to proof #1.

If you require more edits after proof #2 each one will cost an additional $50 and your completion date from step #2 is no longer guaranteed. To avoid this step just make sure you give me AS MUCH DETAIL as possible from the start! Spam me with inspiration pictures, I love it and it ALL helps!!

Once a digital proof has been approved then the fun begins! Your project moves to the painting phase - a.k.a. one step closer to being in your hands!

I will send you a picture of your completed and painted custom design before packing it up and shipping it out! The wait is over!
